While the most effective strategies for bullying prevention are implemented throughout an entire school or community, there are some things individual teachers can do to foster a school environment intolerant of bullying. Some things parents can do to keep their children safe from cyberbullies include monitoring what children are doing online and what sites they visit, asking for their passwords to check their activity, and encouraging them to talk about it if someone harasses them online.
